ARE YOU THE ONE, WHO COULD BE COUNTED IN ABOVE GIVEN FIGURES ?

Namaskar, my name is Lav Srivastava, basically I am a lawyer at Allahabad High Court and have went through convent education since my childhood, owing to various developments in my past life I had been very religious sort of but as the pattern of education which I received had been English (British) hence I did not develop fully into orthodox type.

Today when I see the things around then being a intermediary I become unable to ignore dark spots of my system,

www.margdarshak.com had been my creation and vision, it happened to me that, as from very young age I used to wander around, especially to religious places, I found that my religion that is Hinduism, concentrated and swirled around the Scriptures only and as there was no scope of modern sciences and studies, hence the typical Hindu education system produced and only produced religious scholars, competent only for religious exercises and careers and on the other hand owing to the liberalism in the religion a major portion of the followers, went into the studies of modern pattern and sciences, one of its product is me too,

Now the problem is that, we the more educated class evolved into more efficient and technologically advanced community and without considering the aspect that we could reach here only because of liberal approach of our religion we simply turn our backs towards our religion thus a clear-cut demarcation started appearing between us who are the followers of Hinduism and those who are the masters of Hinduism which should not have been allowed.

The situation is such that whenever we are stuck into some situation that appears to be supernatural or paranormal then we are seen around religious centers and bodies and until we are stuck we are never seen around such religious centers and bodies, the position is very amusing today when a child is born in our homes then his name is decided on the advice of a Brahmin, we wear the rings and lockets and gadgets as advised and prepared by the Brahmins, till today we don't like court marriages and we go for a complete marriage with Vedic mantras, during vacations we go to religious places, even at the time of death the last rites are performed by Brahmin.

But never ever do we care to bring up our legacy and culture to better stands and because of this apathy of us both we as well as them are incuring losses.

This happened to me in the month of June 2009 that I went to a religious place called Badrinath in the northern part of India, there I had to stay in a Ashram with nearly no modern facilities and which charged an amount of rupees 200 for a bed and upon payment of this 200 rupees, the Ashram furnished me a receipt showing there in that I had voluntarily made the charity of rupees 200 in the Ashram, now see what was happening in the Ashram, on the one hand they are running a hotel in which you are staying, during your stay you are using all the amenities provided to you indirectly by state for which you are paying also but the ashram is saving itself from payment of any taxes, as charity to a religious charitable body is exempted from taxes, thus in-spite of the amenities being provided to you by the state, the state is not being benefited or reimbursed by you as the entire money paid by you is going into the secret vault of the charitable body.

You never pay attention and thus the state incurs losses, now come to the secondary aspect, did you ever made any charity to any body or organization which claimed that they would accommodate you in the guesthouses for a certain fixed period of time if you made the charity, now think again, here are you making a charity or are you buying a package, technically you are buying a package for which the state is entitled for receiving taxes but as the entire amount being so released by you is going as charity hence the state is not getting anything out of it thus the state is bound to hike prices of amenities to reimburse itself and remain competent enough to nourish you.


But that is not all now just keep a hand on your heart and answer yourself as to when, last time did you generously and voluntarily made any contribution or donation for development or maintenance of some religious body or religion overall may be none, that is where I need to hammer you don’t contribute as you perceive that they are thugs, Although it is not completely true rather you are cheated by many of them

I request you to look for some true and trustworthy religious and socio-religious bodies, not the one who are already bulkier but the ones who are really doing something charitable and reformative and contribute them.

As remember for always one thing you can ask for accounts only from smaller bodies and entities while the larger giants will never pay heed to your expectation of answerability and transparency. Here we are trying to illustrate such religious and humanitarian bodies who really are trustworthy and who undertake to answer you back as to where did they spend the amount so donated or contributed by you, and you are knowledgeable enough that if you feel that you have been cheated or misguided then you can always get back your funds by opening dispute with me or else such body will be immediately removed from our platform.

And if you don’t contribute then just stop considering and calling them thugs.
